    Programs and services are designed to give support in all areas of personal self-growth, support dealing with complex trauma and managing behaviors for every person, we use a unique program process created to include and support every one, that it promotes concrete learning at a personal pace.

    Sessions are currently arranged by email - InkfluenceofArt@gmail.com a brief assessment and personal arrangements for your private session, online, phone, video/message chat.

    • Support; Direction, Encouragement, Discussions as well as adjustments for specific requirements

    • Life Coaching on Goals: Discussion during or after projects about; Personal/Social Issues, Transitions, Habitual, Behavioral, tools and Calming Techniques

INK-Life Coaching

Hands on support in all areas of personal self-growth, support dealing with complex trauma and managing behaviours and the emotions that come up. If you are in search of a healthy and inspiring way to work through the difficulties of life, we also offer Art Techniques which will allow you to find and explore a variety of creative outlets which you can use as tools in those tough times. 

INK-Art Techniques

Once you have made a plan, identified your triggers, learned to manage your emotions and behaviours, you will need to develop coping techniques that are quick reminders and distractors to help you manage a situation, environment or people when you are dealing with healing. Art is a great transitional tool for behaviour management.

INK-Spirit

For those who prefer spiritual advice Jannetje is an Ordained Minister of Natural faith, learned and studied all faiths at the Universal Life Ministries Church, in addition to or instead of life coaching, the INK-Spirit is a spiritual healing and discussion for support with personal growth another aspect of Inkfluence of Art to support your personal healing journey.
