This program respects both biological realities:
Men = wired for aggression, protection, risk, power instinct. Women = wired for awareness, perception, strategy, creativity, and foresight.When these truths are acknowledged:
Women stop walking blind.
Men stop walking ashamed.
Society stops pretending.
Our campaign theme shows women how to stand in their power, not by fighting men,
but by understanding them — and understanding themselves.

Each day includes:
Militia Mindset Lesson (Understanding Men + Protecting Yourself)
Art Fight Club Activity (Working out emotional fear through creation)
Empowerment Outcome (The psychological skill gained)
WEEK 1 — “KNOW YOUR OPPONENT, KNOW YOURSELF.”(Men’s biology, tendencies, patterns → Awareness, not fear)
Day 1 — The First Stroke
Art: Paint a bold slash across a blank page — your beginning.
Mindset: “Let Men Be Men — Let Women Be Aware.”
