PIX-INK: The Inkfluence Chronicles
INK-Spirit Special Issue — Called to Earth
Theme: Honouring Earth through the cycles of the Moon and leaving a hopeful record for future generations.
Central statement:
“The Earth invited us here to enjoy what it has to offer. Peace was the best part.”
This issue brings the full Inkfluence family together outside the Masonic Temple Headquarters during the Hunter’s Moon. It combines INK-Spirit’s Moon and Earth practices with a Gen-X time capsule: not to preserve wealth, status or political arguments, but to record what ordinary human beings learned, valued and loved.
Panel 1 — The Hunter’s Moon
A huge orange Hunter’s Moon rises behind the Masonic Temple Headquarters. Autumn leaves move across the steps as the Inkfluence characters arrive carrying blankets, lanterns, art supplies and a copper time capsule.
Present together:
- Pixi-Inkanna — blue-haired Healing Art Life Coach
- J for Justice — mature community and eco-justice advocate
- IN-Vesta — deep-red-haired investigator and documentarian
- Eco-Eve
- Mendy-KRK
- Handy-Hailey
- Doggy Doo
- Raven Mad
Caption:
“Under the Hunter’s Moon, the Inkfluence family gathered—not to investigate what humanity had damaged, but to document what made human life worth remembering.”
Pixi:
“Tonight, we leave the future something hopeful.”
Panel 2 — Called to witness
The group forms a circle beneath the Moon. Their hands rest on the Earth while silver moonlight surrounds them.
INK-Spirit meditation:
“We were called to Earth to witness a human life.
To notice.
To experience.
To learn.
To remember.
And to leave something meaningful behind.”
J places her hand over her Earth medallion.
J:
“We cannot rewrite the difficult parts of our past. But we can decide what lesson travels forward.”
Panel 3 — The human-life record
IN-Vesta opens a large book titled:
THE HUMAN WITNESS RECORD
Its pages ask:
- What did you learn?
- What did you value?
- What brought you peace?
- What did you create?
- How did you help?
- What should future generations protect?
- How did people unite?
IN-Vesta:
“An investigation does not only document harm. It also preserves evidence of courage, kindness and change.”
Caption:
“A human life is more than its mistakes. It is also what the person noticed, repaired, protected and passed forward.”
Panel 4 — The Gen-X time capsule
Handy-Hailey opens a durable copper-coloured capsule decorated with the INK sword, Moon, Earth and infinity symbols.
Nearby is a sign:
GEN-X TIME CAPSULE — MESSAGES FROM PEOPLE WHO REMEMBERED LIFE BEFORE EVERYTHING BECAME DIGITAL
The characters place in symbolic objects:
- A handwritten letter
- A cassette tape
- A printed photograph of nature
- A friendship bracelet
- A small sketchbook
- A seed packet stored separately and safely
- A map of the stars
- A list of songs, books and sayings
- A copy of No One Left Behind
Handy-Hailey:
“Technology changes. Human meaning still deserves something we can hold.”
Panel 5 — What each person leaves
Each character writes a short message.
Pixi-Inkanna:
“Creativity helped us express what words could not carry.”
J for Justice:
“Justice worked best when it protected life instead of protecting power.”
IN-Vesta:
“Observe carefully. Record honestly. Never turn suspicion into fact.”
Eco-Eve:
“The Earth was never merely a resource. It was our living home.”
Mendy-KRK:
“Repair was not weakness. Repair was how we continued.”
Handy-Hailey:
“Use your hands to build something that helps another person.”
Doggy Doo adds a paw print. Raven Mad drops in a shiny button labelled:
STAY CURIOUS
Panel 6 — What made being human worthwhile
The characters share quiet memories around the meditation circle:
- Laughing with friends
- Creating art
- Holding a child
- Helping an elder
- Caring for animals
- Dancing
- Planting food
- Sitting beside someone in grief
- Watching the Moon
- Protecting water and trees
- Forgiving without forgetting
- Enjoying a peaceful moment
Across the sky:
“The best opportunity was not domination. It was participation.”
Pixi says:
“Being human gave us the opportunity to experience the Earth through love, senses, imagination and choice.”
Panel 7 — Returning the message to Earth
With permission to use the land, the group places the sealed, non-toxic and moisture-protected capsule into a prepared location beside the Temple.
They do not bury it secretly. IN-Vesta records its location, contents and intended opening date so it will not become litter or be lost.
On the capsule:
TO THE FUTURE — OPEN WHEN YOU NEED TO REMEMBER WHAT PEOPLE COULD BE
The group speaks together:
“May you learn from what hurt us without inheriting our hatred.”
“May you protect what brought us together.”
“May you find evidence that peace existed here.”
Panel 8 — Peace was the best part
Years pass symbolically within the final panel. A young tree grows above the capsule. Its branches form an Earth-and-Moon symbol, while future generations gather beneath it.
The Hunter’s Moon remains overhead, connecting past and future.
Large closing statement:
“The Earth invited us here to enjoy what it has to offer. Peace was the best part.”
Smaller message:
“We were witnesses to human life. This is what we learned. This is what we valued. This is how we tried to unite.”

This issue’s emotional purpose is beautiful: humanity does not have to leave the future only warnings, ruins and records of conflict. We can intentionally leave evidence that people also created art, protected one another, loved the Earth and understood that peace was one of life’s greatest experiences.
