White Washing: Who Holds the Power, and Who Takes the Blame?
History has a paper trail.
Behind every law, every restriction, every institutional punishment, and every government decision, there is a record of authority.
Someone proposed it. Someone approved it. Someone enforced it. And someone lived with the consequences.
For centuries, women in many societies were denied the right to vote, hold political office, independently control property, or participate equally in the industries and governments shaping their lives.
Yet today, we are often encouraged to speak about historical responsibility as though everyone possessed the same authority to create the systems we inherited.
But did they?
When a woman is prosecuted, we examine her actions.
When an institution fails, do we examine every person who authorized, financed, benefited from, and protected its operations?
When reproductive choices are condemned, do we apply the same moral scrutiny to those who authorize wars that kill civilians?
When women are punished under religious or governmental rules, do we hold the lawmakers and institutional leaders equally accountable for the consequences of those rules?
This Winter, Inkfluence of Art introduces WHITE WINTER — THE COLD FILES, an awareness campaign examining the difference between holding power and being assigned blame.
We call this process White Washing: the laundering of institutional responsibility through selective blame, public narratives, and unequal accountability.
Our purpose is not to excuse criminal conduct, condemn an entire sex, or declare guilt by association.
Our purpose is to investigate the evidence.
Who made the laws?
Who controlled the institutions?
Who enforced the rules?
Who suffered the consequences?
And who was allowed to walk away?
The Cold Files will examine historical records, legislation, court decisions, and institutional investigations to encourage independent thinking and informed public discussion.
Because accountability should follow the evidence, not simply the person who is easiest to blame.
WHITE WINTER — THE COLD FILES
The records may be cold. The questions are not.

Post Script...Investigation finds
This Campaign will wait for winter but something else can't, Women are being once again demonized for thing that just get brushed off by men, as "Men will be Men", and well, "That's the Nature of the Beast". While men flaunt their aggression and murderous ways in the world face with war and crime at all levels of human distinction, where men are in the dictatorship roles, women are being once again beat into submission, without comparison or even mention of the facts that the issues women face today are the direct result of a male domination that tells not only women (who created them and all living humans) but their children too how to live, what they can have, do and be.
When this is done there is a certain amount of oppression that related to depression and the give up of being told what to do while it is clear, males live free of these restraints, it may not be the Laundries, but is is definitely creating an asylum in the minds of most women who want more and are knocked down, cut out or told simply they went with the better person for the position.
Look around they keep choosing the same person that created what we are all facing today, nothing is getting better, when do we wake up and see the truth, make the changes and stop the insanity. Its not even just a females discontent with the state of the world, its when she brings life here and it feels like they want to kill her, for making them come here and live in this disproportionate liberty that men get in leaderships (no matter what the culture around the world, women live under men's dominating force) that creates a state of mental illness that is robing most people of the quality of life, we are to get, when we are born to the earth, to live our lives, not what the men in charge tell us we can live.
1996 was too long for our Irish Sisters to have suffered such oppression at the hands of Catholic Religions, States of Governments, Medical Malpractice, Accusations from Consumers and the Father, Husband and being holy Ghosted.
We are aware ...This investigation showed us
WHITE WINTER — THE COLD FILES
Cold File 006: The Magdalene Laundries
Historical Investigation | Ireland | 18th century–1996
These torture chambers, were designed because a woman could keep her wages for doing laundry for others in the 1920's.
That when she felt her services were worth more than customers wanted to pay her, she would be put into this asylum, accuse her of being immoral.
When she refused a males advances, accused him of lechery or would not remarry, because she was busy holding her own, or when she made more that a man's daily salary for a job well done she was violating men's pride.
They actually made a business that would compete with women who would do this when their husbands left them or passed, so she could keep earning enough income to pay bills, feed children and care for herself, the fact that they made the women work for free in the Magdalene Laundries was so they would be punished for doing more than the Religious orders and Governments wanted them to do, lets face it if all women realized they could charge for what they do for free in domestic labour, they would not need men to help them financially and men would suffer at the loss of free labour in the home and have to pay women fair wages for domestic labours.
Abuse of women is always dismissed or underplayed as there isn't enough documented evidence to collaborate with what the actual survivors where saying went on, so even though we have first hand accounts of abuse, we are denied the right to state it based on men having not documented it, or covered it up. This happens far to often, how much the crimes against women are getting undermined from men's fragile ego not wanting to take the responsibility for what they do every day.
Men put a woman in this oppressive position because she wasn't doing what he wanted her to... this is abuse that is never admitted, the fact that men have more control over women than the women have over themselves is the obvious abuse they commit upon women every damn day.
Women pay more than half the tax today, in the system of governments it is not who is running it that is in charge, it is who is funding it that has the majority say.
Pay more tax or move over.
More investigations to come when the Snow Flies - just like Journalistic Yellowing of the facts, this Winter White Washing, Cold Files is going to shed some light on passed oppression of females and their legacies over time.
Our first file will be Investigation 001: Suffrage, Abolition and the Fight for Human Rights, The fights of women and those of her legacies, because women create, men have taken to control.
See you when the Snow Flies.
