• Audience: Women, girls, mothers, and crones/elders
• Purpose: Monthly empowerment events that encourage self-exploration, emotional and intellectual growth, and the freedom to recreate life on women’s terms.
• Approach: Each month focuses on one transformative theme, blending reflection, creativity, and community empowerment.

A 31-Day Art & Empowerment Militia Bootcamp for Women

THE 31-DAY PROGRAM“31 Days of Art | 31 Days of Awareness | 31 Days of Becoming Dangerous in Your Own Way.”
Each day includes:
1. Militia Mindset Lesson (Understanding Men + Protecting Yourself)
2. Art Fight Club Activity (Working out emotional fear through creation)
3. Empowerment Outcome (The psychological skill gained)

Day 9 — The Control Loop
Art: Use looping lines to represent compulsions.
Mindset: OCD = fear that became a ritual.
Outcome: You see how you soothe yourself.

A naming system for every oppression the patriarch uses to stay on top.
9. Warden Protection – God of Supposed Safety
Uses “protection” as an excuse to restrict freedom, mobility, and choices.
