WOMEN AND THE WEB – MARCH 2026 🌸🕸️
An Inkfluence of Art / Women in Bloom Campaign
*Read the End of the Blog - for the updated information on both Women and the Web and Matcha and Meditation
For too long, women have been expected to pay for confidence when it comes to technology
pay for support, pay for fixes, pay for “expert help” on things that should be basic knowledge.
This March, we’re changing that.
Inspired by Charlotte’s Web, Women and the Web is a month-long series where one word a day unfolds into a simple, practical tech tip—designed to help women (and anyone who needs it) understand everyday computer and technology care, maintenance, and small fixes that prevent bigger problems later.
No jargon.
No shame.
No upselling.
Just:
🕷️ one word
🕷️ one clear tip
🕷️ one way to build independence
Each post includes optional links to free, trusted resources so you can learn more if you want to—on your own terms.
Because knowledge shouldn’t be gated.
Because confidence shouldn’t be rented.
Because the web belongs to all of us.
🗓️ Starts March 1 - 31, 2026

Week 4 – The Web Holds
March 27 – “Resilient”
Tip: Technology fails—skills don’t.
Learn one fix today instead of replacing tomorrow.
The video shares three key tips to enhance tech skills: 1) Master new skills by thoroughly understanding concepts before moving on, using resources like documentation and online platforms; 2) Learn by doing through hands-on projects or solving bugs in unfamiliar domains; 3) Set measurable, realistic goals aligned with long-term ambitions while adjusting plans as needed.
Highlights
Master the Skill Thoroughly: Take your time to deeply understand new concepts or technologies instead of rushing through them. Use resources like documentation, online courses, and discussions with colleagues to solidify your knowledge.
Learn by Doing: Engage in hands-on practice by tackling bugs or side projects. This approach helps you immerse yourself in unfamiliar code areas and reinforces learning through problem-solving.
Set Measurable Goals: Break long-term goals into smaller, achievable tasks with reasonable deadlines. Focus on aligning these goals with your career ambitions for meaningful progress.
